What is your MOQ?
The normal starting MOQ for custom notebook production is 100 pieces. The practical MOQ can change with cover material, paper stock, binding, accessories, packaging and artwork requirements, so we confirm the final quantity after reviewing your project brief.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Common branding options include foil stamping, debossing, embossing, screen printing, full-color cover printing, woven patches, printed insert cards and branded packaging. The best method depends on the cover material, logo size and target finish.
Can you make gift packaging?
Yes. We can discuss OPP bags, shrink wrap, belly bands, sleeves, insert cards, retail labels and gift box directions. For premium gift sets, send the notebook style, target market and packing requirement so we can suggest a practical route.
How long does sampling take?
Standard stitched, sewn, glue-bound, spiral and printed pad samples usually take about 5-7 days after artwork and specs are confirmed. Leather, hardcover and more complex gift-set samples usually take about 7-10 days. Difficult materials or custom tooling may need extra confirmation.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We support export projects and can prepare shipment discussions based on your destination country, carton requirements, order quantity and delivery deadline. Available shipping methods and trade terms should be confirmed during quotation.
What information should I send for a quote?
Please send product type, size, quantity, binding, page count, paper type, cover material, artwork or logo method, packaging needs, destination country and target deadline. A reference case number or photo helps us respond faster.
